The sloop Bufflehead was on a moonrise sail as I was on shore, photographing. Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse at left. Owls Head Lighthouse also visible.
Fun fact about this photo: the Bufflehead came around the lighthouse and started heading right toward me. I wanted it in front of the moon. So I pulled out my phone and called the captain and asked him to turn his boat. He chuckled and complied. Moral: to make the best pictures, take control. Move the elements where you want them.
