During the Great Schooner Race, the schooner Lewis R. French is ahead of the ketch Angelique as they pass Mark Island in the middle of Penobscot Bay.
Most (but not all) of the original color has been taken out to make this almost black-and-white. Then sepia toning is added to give it a warm and timeless feel.
Print available in various sizes, some matted. All images are printed on paper with archival inks and should last for centuries, if properly framed or otherwise protected.
